My order process was seamless my dissatifaction is with the product description. I read that it worked with the Beretta PX4 Storm Compact but it does not fit.

"Dishonest. Avoid this company if at all possible. I ordered 2 holsters from this company over a month ago. The first arrived promptly, the second was unexpectedly back-ordered. So, I called customer service to cancel the second holster and I was told it would be cancelled immediately. A few days later I received an email informing me that the second holster could not be cancelled and was on its way. I waited 2 weeks before calling customer service again (foolish on my part). The customer service agent once again informed me that my order would be cancelled immediately. The very next day I received yet another email informing me that my second order was on its way. The holster finally arrived much to my dissatisfaction. In short, if you have to deal with customer service from this company they will FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU in order to make a sale."

This holster was purchased for a Beretta PX4 Storm Sub-Compact 40S&W and I spoke with a representative personally to make sure I was buying the proper holster, but I had to make a modification at the level of the screw adjustor.
