"This is the second time I have ordered an item from Cops Plus. The first time I ordered was a holster by Galco that took nearly 2 ½ months for them to deliver. I never received a reasonable estimate for delivery of my product. Every week they would push the delivery time back one week; never once did I receive an email from them communicating the delay.
The company states that orders will be processed within 3 business days following your order; it took 5 business days for them to update their status page showing the backordered status of my item. Imagine my surprise. It frustrates me to no end, the fact that they don’t send emails giving status updates. It would have alleviated my frustration greatly during the 2 ½ months I spent waiting for my holster if I wasn’t required to check once or multiple times a week simply to know whether my holster would be shipping that week. CopsPlus, please learn to EMAIL!!!
The only way to get updates is to check their online site on their status page, and the accuracy of their information on backordered items is dubious at best. Instead of providing a real estimate, or acknowledging the fact that they don’t have an estimate, they just move the backorder date back one week to the following Monday. Once that date has come and passed, they change it once again to the next Monday. This happens over, and over again.
I have now ordered from this company a second time and am already receiving the same treatment. If a system could be put in place to show the availability of the item prior to ordering, and a more realistic backorder date given, I might consider ordering from this retailer again. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

"Placed an order on Thursday, March 3rd for two items. As of March 4, the on-line order status showed that my order had been passed to their distribution warehouse for fulfillment and that it could take 2-3 business days for items to ship.

Much to my surprise when on Monday, March 7th I had a delivery from CopsPlus via USPS Priority Service. However, only one item was in the package. The packing slip listed the other item as being backordered. I called up customer service and was told that they did not have a date as to when the item would be in stock, but would e-mail me when they get a date.

While I am glad at how fast the delivery was, the lack of notification of a back ordered item and the sale of the item to begin with is a little upsetting. I believe this was more due to the fact that these items are dropshipped from a distribution center and are not technically in the inventory of CopsPlus. I'll follow-up when I get further information."

"I ordered a couple pairs of gloves from CopsPlus 5 days ago. I came across this site by chance as it was one of the search results for this specific set of gloves (Hatch Dura-Thin SG20P). I probably checked out 6 to 7 different sites to compare prices and they were definitely the cheapest here (and I went to eBay as well). Based on price alone, I ordered them here. I was very surprised, however, with the speed at which they were shipped. The invoice I received in my e-mail stated "2-11 days" but I received them in 5. I purchased them as an early present to myself for my birthday and they arrived on my actual birthday so, needless to say, bonus points for you guys. As far as the actual product is concerned, I am very satisfied with the snug fit and the dexterity I have while wearing them is unmatched. I plan on ordering from here again in the future and I will gladly recommend CopsPlus to my friends and family."
