"I bought a watch from them that had a backlight. When I got the watch the backlight did not work. I contacted customer service and they told me I could return it or they could send me a new one. I said to send me a new one. 4 weeks later I never received the watch. So I called them again they said they had never shipped it. So I said I want my money back for the item, so they emailed me a return shipping label and told me I would get a full refund including shipping and I shipped the watch back. 2 months later I was checking my online bank statement. No refund on my statement. So I called them and they said they never received the watch in the mail so I took the tracking # from the shipping label they paid for and pulled it up and it said it was shipped to destination and was signed for by Malatinado. So they finally said they would give me my money back. I checked my statement again 2 weeks later and they only refunded me the money for the watch not the shipping. So I called them again and they finally said they would give me my money back for the shipping as well. All in all I will never use this business ever again and I suggest you don’t either. Not only are their prices outrageous but they try to steal your money as well. "
