Never had any down time or service issues with this app except for a 'payment' issue that occurred once that Dave took care of immediately and I am pleased to say that I will keep using this app!! There is only ONE person handling everything, his name is dave.
I had several phone numbers/voicemails and was getting billed every so often. The billing did not mention WHICH phone number I was being billed for in each of those bills. When I asked, he does NOT provide any information. How UNPROFESSIONAL. I will now have to report him to Better business bureau of his local jurisdiction AND to the Department of Consumer Affairs that he bills customers and does not want to explain his bills? He rather lose clients? Well thats what he will get.
Looks like he cannot manage his tiny home business. and therefore I had to cancel ALL my accounts."
