"I bought a refurbished printer just like my 15+ year old one that finally quit. For a while it was jamming a lot and I commented on that in my earlier review. The company read that review and got busy trying to make it right. From my description they determined what part likely was causing trouble and sent me a spare with instructions on how to install it. Now the printer works really well! I have NEVER in my life had this kind of service. I didn't even request it. They simply saw a problem and tried to fix it. They really want their customers to have well functioning equipment and do all that they can to make that happen. I hope this company is still around when my current printer gives up the ghost, because I would be thrilled to be an ongoing customer. Would give 100 stars if possible."

"Seller felt a little deceptive. I ordered off the Internet a refurbished HP LaserJet 4000 printer (the same printer I've been using for 40+ years) for $299. Seller called me and told me they didn't have that particular model and can't get parts for it but had a similar model, HP LaserJet 4100, for $599. I'm happy with the printer, one of the best ever made, and the refurbishing seems fine. It did come very dirty on the outside, but I was able to clean it up. In the end, I'm glad I received it because it's an awesome printer, but I felt deceived a little because he added $300 to the cost. "
