"Ordered 2 18V Craftsman type Nicd batteries from them. They shipped me 2 Nihm batteries, that won't work in my charger. I contacted them, and they said they would work in my charger, even though a note in the box said specifically Not to use that type of charger. I begged them to send the batteries I ordered, but after a month of haggling, they agreed to credit me back including return shipping. I knew this was going to be trouble, but I returned them anyway. BIG mistake. They received them over a month ago, and the customer service people admit this, They now are ignoring my requests for action on this fiasco, and I'm out around $100"

Asked for my refund, they have ignored NUMEROUS emails and have yet to issue a refund. Contacted Imax Expert who told me they did receive the battery and had issued a refund to drill-batteries.com. They gave me the email address of ****@**** as their only contact with drill-batteries. Emailed that address as well as ****@****, and still no return email or refund. Avoid this company."
