Via Google or similar search engines, contact information is provided, but it is BOGUS. A quick search also revealed many instances of RIPOFF by this company through reviews and reportings. With muliple names and affiliates, this merchant should be investigated, closed down and prosecuted. One unhappy customer is questionable, but not many. "
