"Ordered headphones for Dragon on 8.4 or earlier. Still have not received the headphones. However, they charged my card. CostCaptain sent an email saying that the order shipped on 8/18. Still have not received the headphones. I phoned today and was told that the headphones are on backorder and don't know when they will be in stock. Cancelled the order. The Rep was pleasant, but, the entire experience was very disorganized. Would never order from them again.

"Received the product today. Great price with free shipping. Delivered within 8 days. Did not get any email acknowledgement of the order or any other notice. Called 5 days after ordering and talked to an intelligent, English-speaking person without being put on hold. She confirmed that they received the order and said the product would be shipped that day, which apparently happened. She also said she would email a receipt and shipping information...didn't happen.
Product, price and delivery were excellent, but feedback to the customer needs to be improved."

- Requested Refund on 8/21, received email confirming refund "Will be released in 3 business days".
- Sent an email on 8/28 and provided screenshot of online bank statement displaying the initial charge and all transactions since then. No refund posted to my account yet.
Have not received a response to my last email, money hasn't been refunded. Buyers beware, they charge your credit card immediately and if refund is requested the money isn't posted back to your account even after the stated "3 business days".
Will take further action if no response by End of Day."

"This company was horrible and I will never to business with them again. I ordered a software download at the beginning of the month and then waited to get the link to the download.... but it never happened. With an ultrabook, I have no drive. I emailed support and they said that my package was being shipped, even though it says "download." They told me it was too late to cancel, but it wasn't because they didn't send it out for 4 more days. As far as returning it, their customer service is SO bad, it took a few phone calls (and no answers) as well as numerous e-mails. They are frustrating to speak with and they don't seem to grasp the concepts I am talking about. Their record of me saying I wanted it because it wasn't what I ordered was because they sent me the wrong thing. It took more than a month to get the return label, I was very frustrated."

"Costcaptain charged my credit card without wasting a single minute when I placed an order. They postponed expected delivery date 3 times in 2 months. Initially I got quick responses, but at the end no response. They said that it would take 3 days to get back my money in case I cancel my order. After two months, when I cancelled, they said that it would take 2 to 10 business days. Even after 10 business days I did not get my money back. Dealing with them is a real frustration, and creates agony and no mental peace. After cancelling the order with Costcaptain, I placed an order with Amazon. Item is delivered by Amazon even before I got my money back from CostCaptain. The bottom line is Costcaptain is a not a reliable company, no ethics and no standard rules. Dealing with them is a real headache. I am still waiting for refund. "
"I would give them a pretty bad review, seeing as I ordered this product a week ago with expedited delivery, and still have no sign of it. I have no receipt, etc. All I have proving the transaction took place is the money deducted from my bank account. It would be nice to get that money back for the expedited delivery at least.

"I had never ordered from Cost Captain before but I am very happy with how they handled my purchase of the Pikmin 2 Wii game. I ordered the game on Sunday evening and received it the following Monday. Cost Captain had the lowest price and I even received free shipping! I was happy with my purchase. The only suggestion I have is that they inform you when placing the order how long to process and ship the order. My son is very happy with the game!"
"The price for this item (8 outlet surge protector) was the lowest I found. The item shipped with appropriate packaging, was in perfect condition, and worked as expected. A short while after the sale was completed I got hit with an odd charge on my credit card, and I thought "oh, no, here come the problems", but when I contacted customer service, they responded VERY promptly and pointed out that I forgot to check a box on the order form to indicate that I didn't want to become a "member". They immediately refunded the charge. Based on this experience I would highly recommend them."
