"I had a good experience with this merchant. I placed an order on Jan.17th for Outlook 2010. I received an email confirmation immediately along with instructions on providing proof of my academic status. It took me a few days to access a scanner so that I could send a copy of my student id to them. The company sent me several reminders in between that time about providing my student id, instructions on sending it as well as an option to get assistance. I sent my id via email on Jan.23rd, my order was shipped on Jan.24th and I received a tracking number. My shipment was delivered on Jan.27th.
