"We are very pleased with our replacement bulb from
Cost Central. We were able to get the bulb with next day shipping for less than the cost quoted by the manufacturor for just the bulb. It arrived as expected and works perfectly. Two minor pieces of additional feedback. It is standard operating procedure to confirm by phone when there is an overnight order. Fortunately, I was watching my e-mail and was able to respond. If I had missed it, that would have delayed the order over the weekend - which defeats the whole next day idea. It would be good to warn the customer that this will happen (unless you did and I missed it).

For this particular part, it may be helpful to include a note that there IS a moving part in it. When my wife told me that she heard something moving in it, I... worried... about it the whole ride home. (I don't expect there to be any moving parts on a bulb.) Of course, this turned out to be a non-issue. "
