"Super fast shipping and great online theft protection levels! Here's how my story goes:
1/21/13 early evening - Order placed for Sony MDR-1R headphones at a killer price.
1/21/13 late evening - receive an email stating that my phone number didn't match up with the address (I recently moved).
1/22/13 early morning - I call CC and resolve the issue with their nice and knowledgeable staff.
1/23/13 late afternoon - I received my headphones! They shipped the same day of resolving and processing my order! These guys have the shipping speed of Amazon with better customer service (it's nice to talk to a real person instead of just emailing and waiting forever for a response). Will do business with them again."
"I have had good luck with the JVC wireless headphone in the past. Reviews I've seen have either raved about it or complained of duds. My in-laws liked it so much I ordered another one for my wife for Christmas, and this time I tried Cost Central, since their price was $20 less than "the shack". Well, the one I gave for Christmas turned out to be a dud, but there's no adjustment, so it comes from the factory that way. Cost Central was more than gracious, and processed the return and replacement in about three weeks. This replacement works fine, just what we needed. She can go make tea without missing the show."

I decided to give them a try, and in my order notes I asked to be informed of when the item would be in stock and when I could expect shipment. "This company is awful. I ordered a monster hdmi to mini display cable from them and got a killer deal in price so I decided to order from them for the first and last time. It took forever for them to actually ship my cable and once I finally received it I opened it up and threw away the packaging thinking the cable would obviously be in working order I mean you would think right? Of course not come to find out the cable didn't work and I had already gotten rid of the packaging. It took them 3 business days to even process my request for a replacement cable considering the cable I had received didn't even work once. I had tested the cable along with another cheaper cable I purchased after mine didn't work and everything was fine. After the three days I got a reply stating they could not process my return since I had already gotten rid of the packaging. Thankfully I've contacted monster and had my cable replaced by them with no help, compensation or anything from cost central. I basically paid for a completely defective cable and wasted a bunch of time in the process. This company is terrible pay alittle more money elsewhere for way better service like amazon."
