"This may not be the place you want to spend your money on Cisco support contracts. They did excellent on the hardware side, but the support contract side is non-existent thus far.
They first stated that I ordered the wrong item. Okay, I'll give them that. I ordered what I could find on their website. So they sit on it for a week without giving me any status. I call them, they say we're waiting for an exchange to be processed for the proper support contract. Next week I call them again--still nothing new. So I ask them if they can just place a new order for the proper support package and I'll worry about the exchange (refund) later. Another week goes by; still no status on the refund or the new support contract.
So here a sit with a Cisco router generating Spurious Interrupts and no way to update the Cisco IOS until CostCentral finally decides to send me a contract number so that I can go to the Cisco website and get an update.
It should take 30 minutes tops, to get a support contract number emailed to you, not weeks if ever.
Summary: If you need Cisco equipment and plan to purchase a support contract with that equipment, CostCentral is a no go. If you just want the equipment and no support contract, CostCentral is the place to go."

Good price and their website appears to have a "real time" inventory where you click to check stock and it says this number are in stock as of the current time. However, this actually appears to not work or they simply lost track of inventory. I can live with this. However, after placing my order and waiting a day for the tracking number for the in stock item, I called and was told that no it was not in stock. So if you must order from them - don't trust the website - call and talk to a person only. Due to their lack of follow up and inaccurate in-stock status, I can't see ordering from Erie Computer Company dba costcentral.com unless they are at least $100 lower than a better quality store like newegg that actually knows what they have in stock and lets you know if it's not so you don't wait forever for something that there is not even an ETA on."

When Cost Central confirmed to have my item available, I was very skeptical and did not believe them. But I still ordered to be at least in a waiting list. Two days later, when they told me my monitor was shipped (free shipping), I still didn’t believe them (even with a tracking number!). Four days later when the monitor arrived, I thought I was dreaming!

He did neither and lied about getting the shipment to me the next day. This is not brain surgury. This is the first online store in my 10-year history of online purchases to ever require a physical copy of the front and back of a credit card, AND driver's license, faxed to them before they would complete the order. There is no way I would provide hard copy information of this type to anyone - it's an instant invitation to identity theft. This in itself makes me very suspicious of this company. I ordered a notebook computer for next-day delivery; evidently this company is hyper paranoid about supposedly fradulent purchases of this type. In any case, the total price including next-day shipping for this company is actually only $16 less than a similar order from NewEgg - a reliable, sterling online company that has NEVER required the kind of intrusive hard copy information that CostCentral tried to force. NewEgg's next-day FedEx shipping cost: $29. CostCentral's: $77! Kind of lets you know where the profit center for CostCentral really is. "
