"Very disappointed in this companies policy. I ordered a keyboard dock for a Fujitsu Q702 tablet. When I received the keyboard dock I opened it to pair it with the tablet but the connection looked wrong. Upon looking closer at the connection I realized the keyboard dock was the wrong part so I asked to return it. They said sorry you opened it so NO. I am shocked. How am I to know it is wrong when it says it is for the Q702 and obviously is not the right connection? Guess I am supposed to have ESP on what that connection looks like. I never used it obviously and told them as much but they said no. Poor customer service. "

"I live in an area that has no cable access, and satellite is very expensive, which leaves dialup or Clear. I can pick up a signal barely, but am not in the 2mile radius to get a decent signal so internet access has been on and off for years. I found out about adding an antenna, called clear in which they said the one they knew that worked with their system was D-Link ANT24-0700 Antenna - 7 dBi - omni-directional - for DP 311U. CostCentral had the most economical pricing and they shipped it asap. It really has helped boost my signal so I can access the internet.
I would shop CostCentral again since they do not inflate the prices to the degree that BestBuy and other stores do and provide great products."
