"apple buyers beware!

I ordered with this company thinking I could save some money with my apple iMac purchase. They listed item as in stock with over 100 available.

The first annoyance was the requirement to process the order through phone, as apparently you cannot order Apple Products online (as they explained). After placing the phone order. I did not get a notice that they had problems processing my order until 2 whole days have passed. Two whole days! that is unbelievable and shady at best!

They then required I submit my order via fax, requiring copies of my id and credit card. What a pain! And after sending that information, did they send my order out? of course not!

The next day they said they ran out of iMacs. Either I
have incredibly bad luck or they are up to something. I do know that when I first saw the item on their website, they listed over 122 in stock. They must be doing amazing business for it to be sold out so fast. And very rude to not even reserve one for me.

So after 3 daily phone interactions and waiting forever for my order to go through, I ultimately cancelled my order. What a huge waste of time.

If you end up going this route for apple products, just beware of how unreliable they are.

and even if they are reputable for sales done online for other items, I will most certainly never bother ordering from this company again and neither should you!
