"I'm writing in because my order was shipped without the proper packaging required to ensure against damage. In fact, of all of the companies I've ordered from in the past two weeks, only CostCentral had disappointing minimal packaging.

My SASU8CI card was delivered in a bubble mailer only, with just another layer of bubble wrap over it. There were no stickers indicating the fragility of the item contained, and it could have easily snapped in half or experienced physical stresses during shipping. I haven't tested it yet, but I will note that I do not trust what I have received.

In contrast, Provantage even shipped my cables in a separate box. Had I known about Cost Central's lack of proper packaging, I would easily pay extra for peace of mind with a different vendor.

The burden of responsibility lies with Cost Central to provide sufficient packaging for shipment. This part is supposed to go into a server, and I do not want to introduce any possible integrity issues into a production environment. Had I returned the item in the manner shipped to me, most retailers would refuse, citing negligence.

This is my first experience with Cost Central, and likely my last. "
