Not entirely happy with my experience. We bought 6 UPS batteries that came with free shipping. I paid an $175.00 extra to have UPS batteries delivered to the third floor of the building, not the first floor because our company does not have access to the first floor. When the first battery came, it was delivered to the first floor shipping dock, which our company does not have access to. The company who owns the first floor was nice enough to take our shipment to the third floor for us. I had 5 other batteries on the way, so I e-mailed customer service and explained that the batteries must be delivered to the third floor, thats why we paid the extra $175.00! I didn't hear anything back from customer service. The next day, the batteries came, again delivered to the first floor! We then had to go down and take the 5 batteries (280 lbs each) to the third floor. I called customer service and asked them to refund the $175.00 for the shipping service we never received. They told me they had to investigate my claim before they could refund the shipping costs. I spent over $10,000 with them these past two weeks, and they need to investigate my $175.00 claim with the shipping company before the refund it back to me?

The proper action would have been to refund my $175.00, and then take up the claim with the shipping company themselves. "
