"Originally purchase 2 print heads for hp printer. When I received them they would not work. I kept getting an error "print heads has a problem". I called customer service and reported the problem, they did send me a prepaid shipping address label, however to receive the replacement print heads quicker, I had to repurchase them & wait for a credit when they received the 1st order back. I was ok with that because I thought that I should have been credited withing 14 days & it would cancel each other on my credit card. After 45 days, I had to contact Cost Central to see why I haven't been credited yet. In the mean time, I have paid for these print heads twice before I will receive a credit for the damaged ones. I think something should have been done for all of my time and trouble. This isn't how I am used to doing business. Very Disappointed."
