After doing so, they told me there were too many inconsistencies in my information for them to approve my order. There were no inconsistencies, and CostCentral provided no details. This was the first time in my life that I have been denied service from a vendor, despite buying many electronic items online. Not only that, but I have a perfect credit rating. I also filed a complaint against CostCentral with the BBB. CostCentral refuses to respond to me. I purchased the item I wanted from a legitimate vendor online."

"The entire process was easy and simple. I ordered a cordless headset online, charged it to my credit card, and received the item 2 days later. Cost Central had the lowest price, with free shipping. They expedited the shipping at no extra cost. I looked at this headset for about 2 years, but hesitated due to the cost.
