"When I received the Costume the hat is extremely small and the space for the head is not much bigger than a tennis ball. Also the feathers fall to the floor. I requested a return because the costume does not meat the photo and quality but I have been told that "The hat is meant to sit on top of the head as per product photo, not pull down over head."
I don't think that is correct because the hat cannot sit on someone's head without holding it with a hand, and the photo does not show that. I also think the proportions are different"

"I bought a mr incredible outfit and on arrival of the garment it was faulty. I emailed straight away for a refund as a replacement was too late as the party was the next day. I was told I can only have 50% refund as the faulty was minor. Minor or major of a garment you have paid for arrives faulty a refund should be given. Not happy and won’t be shopping there again! "

"Im usually a 14-16 anyway so i ordered that size. When it came it might as well have been a 10. It was so hard to get into and then i couldnt zip it up. Spent half the money the dress cost on getting it altered to fit because there were no larger sizes. Seriously, rethink your sizing because no 14-16 sozed person is that small. "
