Horrific customer service

"I paid $27.99 for overnight service - I didn't realize they were in CA (I'm in MA) when I placed the order. The package didn't arrive so I called customer service. She actually laughed when I asked her about it. She said, "Do you actually expect your package to arrive today after ordering last night? What do you think? You think we're open 24 hours a day. That's just crazy.". They called me a dumb c*nt. I'm not kidding. I called back twice and they took turns putting me on hold when I asked for a manager. Finally , "Stephanie Lewis" got on the phone and said, "I'll be sure to let everyone know what b*tches we were to you. Boo hoo.". She extremely obscene comments to me and said I would get no where because "they own the business". "

"I placed an order for my son's paw patrol costume size 4T. I received my order inside a previously opened bag (torn at the top) labeled 4T. However when I looked inside at the prooduct ordered it was a size 18M-2T. I am very disappointed in the failure of the representative who processed and shipped this order. I must say the product was quickly shipped within two days, but what good does that do when they are shipping wrong orders?I requested an expedited refund. I will update on my refund experience. Based on my experience I would not recommend ordering from this organization to anyone."

"This has been the worst experience in my LIFE! The costumer service sucks... I spoke to Diane the first time and second time and like I mentioned before.. It was the worst. I ordered a costume for my three year old, she is a small skinny baby and the dress came with a hole, when I called she practically blamed us for the hole. She said " well, it's a new dress, how can it come with a hole" I was shocked and bothered by her accusation. It took us awhile on the phone be for she order another dress for us. Mind you, she nevered appolgiezed for any discomfort about the product. Then we were supposed to mail the old dress and I didn't get to mail it Bc shortly after the new one came in, I hand washed the dress Bc it came with lint and dirt under the dress and my daughter has sensitive skin, the whole dress fell apart. Anywho time did passed by and we lost a family member and I haven't had a chance to call and complain.. Today I received a not so plesent call from " Diane".. She yelled at me and didn't let me talk, then accused me of lying. And told me " why would I ever wash the dress, it's a costume? Umm.. Hello! Lady.. Your rude and a bully. I have NEVER experience such a horror in costumer service. I WILL NEVER EVER ORER FROM THEM. And I will make it my mission to tell everybody about this horror. I never want anyone to go thru what I had to go through. She is unbelievable and I never saw a costumer service representative call and yell and never stay quiet so I can say my piece. She needed to shut up and listen.. That's what a true costumer service representative needs to do.. If not how can you hear what the problem is. I can't believe it got to that point. I will however speak to management. So everyone beware of the horror of the product and the costume service."

"Deceptive practices and policies. Ordered 2 kids costumes and when they arrived were 1 size too small. Then went online to attempt to return and thier return policy states "We are unable to accept returns on orders placed between October 15th
and November 15. We apologize for any inconvenience." This policy was of course not stated or apparent when we were ordering items (probably intentionally) Avoid this retailer, I know I will in the future never go back.
