"I ordered a set of pumpkin covers for my garage lights, & was very happy when they arrived in just a few days. However, one was damaged. I contacted Dominic in customer service, & he quickly gave me half of my purchase back (they were out of stock, so he couldn't send a replacement). I contacted him again & told him that, although I appreciated the gesture, I have TWO lights to cover, so one alone is no good. He responded that same day with a complete refund & an apology for misunderstanding. I'll not hesitate to use them again. Only reason not 5 stars is that I received damaged merchandise & had to contact twice."
"They do not care about anyone! They sold a costume for 185.00 and sent emails to order before certain dates to ensure arrival before Christmas. The costume ended up being too small for my son even though he wears that size in everything else…they refused to exchange it for a different size or return it. That costume was my sons only request from Santa. They did not care because they said I should have returned it within 15 days of the purchase date. "
"I ordered a costume youth size 4-6 for my six-year-old daughter who wears a size 6. When I received it, there was something wrong with it. The front was sagging down and it was WAY too big, almost like it had been mis-sized. I contacted customer service and they said that I had to pay to ship it back and then could get 85% back...at that point, it would cost me to return it. We didn't change our minds, there was something wrong with the costume! I am very disappointed that they do not stand behind their products. Terrible customer service! Don't buy from them."
"Website says there is restocking fee for refund. Wanted to do an exchange for different size, with myself paying shipping all 3 ways (ship original item to me, ship it back & ship replacement item to me) but they said I had to pay restocking fee also even though I wanted an exchange, not a refund. Will never use this company again! Buyer beware"

"I found a witch costume for my granndaughter here and was shown a coupon for 30% off a first-time order which I applied, but then kept getting prompts that if I ordered more I would get free shipping. So I went ahead and added enough items to save $12 shipping which THE SITE SHOWED as free shipping WITH THE CODE APPLIED. Then, when I paid I was charged the shipping. This is misleading. The code did have an asterisk next to it about limitations, but the site prompted me to keep adding items and AGAIN, SHOWED THE FREE SHIPPING. I called this morning and was told that not only would they not refund the shipping, they also would not cancel the order. Really? Who cannot or will not cancel and order?? It has not shipped and my request was made this morning when they were again open for calls during normal business hours. I do not blame the customer service person but blame the policy and the site shopping scam. I feel scammed and complained to both PayPal and BBB. I know it's just $12 but it's not right."

"I made an online purchase on October 10th and I did not receive a confirmation email of this purchase. My order confirmation number I was given at the time my purchase to track this order shows “no order found”. I called the costumer service line and I have been given the run around about my order. So I asked for a refund and I was told, “my order was already on the plane and it was too late to cancel my order.” This seems very strange to me considering I have not received a confirmation email, I am unable to track my order with the confirmation number I was given at the time of my purchase, and following up with a phone call a few hours after I made this purchase. I was also told their supervisor would contact me and no phone call returned this afternoon. I am writing this review to give everyone a heads up so you don’t get scammed out of loosing your money like I think I am going to be. I will definitely follow up to let everyone know if I have any success canceling this order and receive my money back."

"Do not buy from this company. Their costume is poorly made. Additionally they tell you that return is free if you follow certain steps to print a return label. I confirmed with one of their representatives before returning this poorly made costume and he said the label I printed was fine and I wouldn't be charged. Still they took half my money for returning the costume. Do Not Waste Your Money

"I bought a costume and matching sword for my kid. They sent me a shipping confirmation for the costume and the sword but only the costume arrived. When I told them that the sword never arrived they said “sorry, it’s out of stock. We will refund you the sword”. When I told them I only bought the costume from them because they had the sword (they charged me for it and sent a shipping confirmation for a product they never had in stock), they said “too bad, the costume had nothing wrong with it so if you want t Return it you have to pay $8 for shipping. Even though I only needed to return it because they pretended they had something in stock that they didn’t. "
"I ordered two costumes for my children at the beginning of October, a witch and buzz lightyear. Received a shipping confirmation that both were on their way. Yay! Received my package x number of days later, excitedly opened my package to find only my witch costume. Oh no! Quickly emailed the company to find out when buzz would arrive and received a not so great email stating buzz was no longer available and they have issued me a refund. Huh.... no one ever emailed me to state he wasn’t available. In fact my shipping confirmation stated both were on their way. Knowing my son would be disappointed, I quickly got back on their site found another buzz costume and asked the company to pay for my 7.99 shipping due to the inconvenience. They said they would and I processed my order. I received a shipping confirmation the next day that buzz was on his way. Yesterday, I received my package in the mail. Excitedly, I opened it knowing my son would be so happy his buzz costume had finally arrived. The package only contained a ghostbusters inflatable backpack?? The shipping receipt in package only listed my buzz costume which was not in my package. My patience was gone at this point so I quickly emailed the company to express my frustration and ask for a resolution. I got my response today that I am sorry but buzz is no longer available? Omg, I can not believe a company can operate so poorly that they sold me a buzz costume twice when they had no inventory. And, also send me two shipping notifications when in fact buzz never left their warehouse because he was never available. Now I am out 24.46$, 7.99$ and 24.46$. Almost 60$ and all they can say is I should see it in my account in 5-7 days?? My first refund was issued 10/10 and now on 10/17 I still don’t have it in my account. Her reply was to contact them Monday if I still haven’t seen it?? Also, she never saw where anyone issued me the $7.99 refund, awesome. My point to all of this is now I am going to purchase my costume on amazon which I should have done in the first place. They treat their customers fairly and refund your money in a timely manner. I will never shop with them again and hope I can save you your time and money.

At that time, I re-ordered the right size and two weeks later I called back to see where the costume was because I didn't receive it. Now it is 10 days from Halloween and they have told me they never sent the item, they didn't have my size in stock, and won't be refunding my money until after Halloween. This company is so inept that they should not be in business. Do not order anything from this company."
