"I ordered a costume. They were extremely helpful until I received the item that was subpar at best. I wanted to return it and I couldn't get a response. When I did get one. They refused a return. Very disappointed. Will NEVER do business with them again. $50 down the drain."

"I ordered an item and was sent a facebook message saying "we will send you updates here!" After a week and a half without updates, I emailed and asked if my package had been shipped yet. The item was advertised as same day processing, and I paid for over night / expedited shipping as well.
