"I ordered a couple of masks from Costumers Network. Somehow we ended up with a wig instead.
I contacted the company immediately and the fix was in. Within days we rec'd the masks we ordered and we were told we could keep the wig. The folks there were super nice about this too. And, there was no extra cost to us for their mistake.
Great customer service and a great company.
I will even with the minor screw up order from them again. "
"On October 14th my girlfriend asked me to order a costume that www.CostumersNetwork.com listed as "in stock". I purchased the costume and received a confirmation email and the next day a USPS tracking #420080759101969010386755359937 for USPS for Priority Mail.
11 days (Oct 25th) later the item DID NOT ARRIVE nor has the tracking number EVER BEEN UPDATED to be "accepted" at the Post Office (as anyone can submit electronic information, but does not mean that the item actually gets mailed as the post office has told me). I attempted to call the site/business but found that they did not list a phone number and also noticed that they did not have a street address, only a FL PO box. After emailing the company back and forth (because they only allow 350 characters in the "contact us" form) they refuse to accept responsibility for the item not making it to shipment. I asked several times for a phone number and they will not give me one and I actually had to fight to get the guys name that was emailing me as they were being signed off as "customer service".
I also called the post office and they did an investigation (confirmation # CA-103359782) and they told me that they submitted tracking numbers from NC not FL, and they could see that out of the 19 tracking numbers submitted AT LEAST 6 others also never made it to the post office.
After contacting the website about this again they just gave me a run around asking me to mail something to the PO Box they have listed. I would like action taken against these scammers as I have for an item they obviously did not mail. Their emails are also a "no-reply" address. They are clouded in mystery and when asked about these things I was told "our internal operations are not your concern.".
BAD SERVICE!
SCAM!
Be Careful!

"Three items were purchased at the store. One of them is French Kiss Pinup Girl Adult Halloween costume. It was ordered in XS size and when it came and I measured it, the size was more of a Small size than XS. I also looked at the tag on the dress and it was marked XS(0-4), but package that it was in had been marked XS(0-2).I contacted them and said that they had a problem with the sizing of this particular costume, e-mailed them a copy of the costume's tag with XS(0-4) and a copy of the package that showed XS(0-2) and asked them to pay for return of the costume and asked not to charge me restocking fee. They claimed it was not their problem and they would not pay for shipping and would not waive restocking fee. I would be very cautious about buying from www.costumersnetwork.com"
