"terrible customer service and awful skill of package,I received a damage package and missing three items,and your company refused to send replacement or refund and instead tell me to file a claim to USPS myself,wtf?? meanwhile refused to provide any photo or video to prove the package was undamged when you ship the item out!"
"I've only shopped here once, but wanted to warn others of the horrible customer service I received at Cotton Babies. I purchased a water bottle with a defective straw (so water was not coming out of the straw when I sipped from it). I emailed them asking for an exchange, and they replied back with a trick I should try to get the straw to work. Okay, fair enough. I tried their suggestion, and politely replied back to them that it didn't make a difference in the way the water bottle worked. I asked for a refund, and they stopped responding to me altogether. Giving them benefit of the doubt, I assumed they were busy and wrote back three more times, asking for a refund. I never heard anything back from this company. I am now fighting the charge with my credit card company for the product I received that was literally broken upon arrival. I even wrote them an email before writing this review-- to tell them I was going to have to leave reviews of my experience online, if I didn't hear back from them-- and no response. Spend your money elsewhere; the customer service at Cotton Babies is horrible."
"Warning! This company has shady business practices. I purchased diapers that had an image and description of an AIO diaper on the same page which is what I had expected to receive.
I received pocket diapers that were very low quality. When I called to ask for a refund, I was told it was my mistake but that they would refund me the money. Around 1.5 weeks later I received an email stating that they had placed the money into the Cotton Babies account for me. I emailed and called and stated I wanted a refund as discussed. McKenzie the staff member stated that we'd agreed to credit my account to buy AIO diapers which I hadn't. She then just left me on hold. I was forced to contact my bank to finally get a refund. I would not trust this company or buy from them again. They offer bate and switch items to get customers. Buyers beware!"
"I ordered $90 worth of diapers from them and put in a coupon code to receive an extra free diaper. It was during their St. Patty's sale where the coupon code "LUCKY" equaled a free diaper. My order was quickly shipped, but the extra diaper was not included. I contacted them about the missing diaper, but they would not honor the coupon, even though I had checked out using the code. "
"Ordering was logical and easy. After my order was placed, I received a confirmation email with an invoice number. The next day, I received a phone call from the shipping department informing me that certain colors of diapers were unavailable. After calling Cotton Babies back and telling them what colors to send instead, the order was shipped the very same day and arrived without any problems."
