"I Ordered a Jim Shore Welsh collectible Santa and it was defective. I agreed to have them send a replacement Santa which was also defective and unacceptable. This company said they will not refund the total amount I was charged and will deduct $8.50 shipping charge from the original amount I was charged for this Santa. This is unacceptable as I gave the company the opportunity to send a replacement. I should not be penalized for defective products. It wasn’t a case of my not wanting what I ordered or wanting to exchange it for another product. Both Santas were defective. This is poor customer service and I will not be purchasing anything from CountryNMoreGifts again."
"I preordered a very expensive Department 56 snow village piece in May of 2021. The estimated date for shipping was August 2021. It is now February 2022—nearly a year since I ordered the item—and I have not received it. In that time, I’ve received ONE store initiated update apologizing for the delay but container no further information regarding the item. In October I emailed the company and received a brief response, ‘Best estimate, end of November 2021.’ Again, it is now February 2022 and I still do not have the item and I’ve had no further updates. I read reviews and others wrote that they only received part of their order. Others wrote that they received neither their purchased item nor a refund. Another review made it seem as though the company is selling knock offs and trying to pass them off as the real thing. So, now I am wondering if this is even a legitimate business or if I’ve been scammed out of $200 plus dollars."
"This company will email you nearly every day with a special or a sale. I ordered from them twice and both times it took over 6 months to get my orders, after I emailed and called and emailed again. They are poor communicators and unorganized with their shipping. I understand there has been a supply chain crisis, but telling me that an item will be ready to ship in June then shipping it to me after Christmas is not a supply chain issue, I am in the import business and know the delays. They ship when you email or call multiple times. I just think they are unorganized.

Furthermore, the item I got is $30 less than I paid. So I never got what I ordered and they kept $30 of my money. I have no words.

"I placed an order almost a month ago (Dec 26), then I actually forgot about it (holiday travel/craziness is my poor excuse) but no one ever reached out to me regarding my order. I called and spoke with Callie yesterday (I was actually worried that my package had possibly been stolen)-she put me on hold for a while-then came back and told me that when I had placed the order, only 1 of the item was left. Apparently, it was damaged. I was told they tried to get another, then thought I might want something else, but none reached out to me at all to let me know what was happening. Essentially, they had my money for almost a month, and without an apology or anything...I should have been immediately refunded. If I had not remembered about my order yesterday, I truly do not think I would have ever gotten my money back. I no longer trust their company, and do not recommend them to others. This is not the exceptional customer service they lead you to believe when you visit and read about their website."

Years ago I purchased a large Mickey Mouse Jim Shore piece. It arrived with a broken nose. Not only did they try to find me another one, which was not available anywhere, they then reduced the price by $50. They refunded me the money. I have never had an issue with Customer Service and I have dealt with this company for years. In fact, I’m ordering more today. I find the owner, the customer service reps, and the company itself to be heads above so many others. I’m sad that others have had different experiences. But you really should give them a try again. It's Jamie right? You don't remember me, but that doesn't matter. Chances are you are so bad at customer service that you have plenty of disgruntled past customers and now as you are reading this you are recalling a bunch thinking, "was it this guy I screwed or that guy...."
Well I just wanted to remind you of the time I went on your site to order ANOTHER piece of the rather expensive Dicken's Village collection and requested a 2 day (expedited) deliver time, so the gift would make it in time for my and my wife's anniversary. We got on the phone together because the gift DID NOT in fact make it in the time frame promised (mind you, this shipping time cost extra) and all you could do was argue with me about how to count a "day" in shipping time. Now as I look back on it, it really is pretty funny.
So I just wanted to say "hey" and remind you again that your terrible customer service and lack of empathy for my case caused you not only lost my business now (I am buying another piece for the village AS I DO EVERY YEAR!!) but you will never ever EVER again gain my business back. Aren't you proud of yourself? A $10 problem you could have easily handled will now cost you HUNDREDS over the coming years.
Ours could have been a lucrative and beneficial relationship Jamie Dotmeyer (or is it Domeyer, Domier....??....Whatever) But now, you'll never get the benefit of my business and I do plan to blast you every single time I see you on social media, web page landings, and anywhere else.

"I ordered , was billed for and paid with credit card, 4 items on December 12, 2016. One was preordered with an eta of 12/12/16 and the other ones were supposedly in stock. I have never received any of the items 6 week later. I called about 3 weeks ago and got a message that they were waiting on a couple of the items. I called again today and spoke with a representative who told me that I would never get the preordered item, that another idem I had paid for would be cancelled and that a third item was now on back order. The 4th item was available to be shipped and now was actually priced less than when I bought it. Despite the lack of communication and poor service, the company wanted to prorate my discount. Very unprofessional. Dont waste your time wih these guys."
"On 12/5/2015 I ordered two snowmen ornaments. I sent two emails and asked where my items are as I paid for. As of today 02/13/2016 I didn't receive an answer to my emails nor I received my items while I paid $36 for them and the money are gone. I am dissatisfied with the service of this company and disappointed as I wanted these two items so much for last Christmas. The low price as a first time buyer and such made the wait worthwhile. I would definitely consider them a trusted seller."
