"I ordered a costume from this site paying extra for within 2 day delivery. About a week later I still hadn't received the costume, so I e-mailed them. I then posted a support ticket on their website, and tried calling the number I found on their website. The number didn't work, and no responses were received to my e-mail and support ticket.
Eventually I ordered elsewhere and e-mailed them to refund me the money. They still didn't respond. So I lodged a complaint by Paypal. They haven't responded to Paypal and have 2 days left till I automatically receive a refund (that means more than 2 weeks have passed since I ordered the costume!), and no response whatsoever. No success in reaching them by phone.
Avoid at all costs! Not worth the hassle!"
"Ordering my costume online was relatively seamless. When I received the package, I was surprised to find there was more that came with the costume than listed on the site. This was great news of course, but should have been better described on the site.
There also was no sizing chart and the "small" i ordered was absolutely dinky. I looked to exchange the item and hit another road block as there was no easy way to contact this company. There is no phone number listed on the website, only a page to "submit a ticket" and hope it gets delivered. I had to wait 2 days for a response, then finally got my answer on how to exchange. I sent immediately re-packaged and shipped back to them and 5 days later, still no word as to whether it was received or not. I literally ordered this costume on October 3rd and it is now the 22nd and I still don't have the costume I need.
Since there is no easy way to contact the company, i was resigned to head back and submit another ticket asking if my exchange was being processed as i need the costume by the following weekend or it is worthless. I kindly got a response from someone who said they hadn't yet received the return, but would be sending me one to arrive by Wednesday. This was very much appreciated, but still frustrating. There are simple little changes I would recommend:
1) Further detail as to what exactly will be included along with the costume I order (for instance, my Top Gun dress came with aviators)
2) An accurate sizing chart (there was none)
3) A proper communication page including not only email, but a phone number to call as well. Online instant messenger customer service would have been great too, but at the least, a phone number is needed.
4) Lastly, I would say that there needs to be more communication overall to let the customer know the status of the order (with regards to shipping and returns, basically any action the customer takes online, there should be an email noting the action - this is a standard website function).
I am not sure I would order form this company again. However, if the simple changes are implemented I would re-consider."
