"Order came wrong, and took about 9 days to arrive. Phone number provide on website never answers and mailbox is FULL. Sent email via website, was told, 1 week later that they are sorry and will send out new case. 20 days later new case arrived, IT WAS THE SAME case they sent in error last time, even after I sent links from their website verifying the one I did order. Called again, mailbox is still full. Disputed on Paypal, and now will dispute through CC company. I have to say, worst customer service, not worth buying their cool products if you do not get the right one. This was for a Casemate iPhone case."
