I am very pleased with the quality of the watch. Honestly I feel like the description given in the notes section was a bit harsh. I used to work for bestbuy and know the quality checks we should be giving these items and I must say the product I receive looked barley worn and in above average condition. I would say that this watch could be resold if I wanted to for at least $475. It had full accessories too. I think it could have been repackaged a little bit better but honestly I don't care about that. Everything was present, shipping was free and fast, I got a great deal, and now I am a looser with a smart watch..... 5/5 I will be shopping from cowboom again and already got some coworkers and friends checking the site daily for more great deals like mine."
"Usually Cowboom products have been great. This time I bought two 8 in. Nabbi dream tablets and only one worked on arrival. This caused a bit of grief since i bought them as gifts for my Niece and Nephew who live in another state. I bought the two year protection and the broken one is being returned within the 15 day window. I am hoping to get the same product back in working order or an identical replacement, as it is still a gift for my Newphew."
