"Absolutely hideous company. Like everyone else who has commented unhappily, I ordered an iPod Nano---and I ordered it THREE WEEKS AGO. I been told several times (when I was able to get a customer service person to answer the phone and not hang up when I was placed on "hold") that my order was placed as "Urgent to Ship", but low and behold it never left the building. I just demanded to cancel the order. I refuse to give them money.
I have to call BS on the whole "they're a new company" thing. If you cannot deliver on what you advertise, you should NOT be in business yet. They haven't enough trained (or friendly for that matter) staff, they aren't sending product, they're lying to their customers blatantly?
Incidentally, they are very aware that they're getting bad press. They won't be in business for very long. Don't they know that happy customers tell 3 people and unhappy ones tell 300? I know I plan to. Should have spent the extra $ and gotten my iPod elsewhere. I've yet to be charged, and if it shows up on my credit card, they're going to have legal battles on their hands."
"I will never place an order with this company again. It has been 17 days since my order was placed and nothing has been delivered. Customer service is polite, but not honest. After calling three times with no success I was promised that my order would be at my house in 24-48 hours. Five days later I called again and was told my order was just shipped. I asked for the tracking number and was told to call tomorrow to get it. I cannot in good faith recommend this store to anyone.
I have called two more times and was told two different things by their reps. Finally I was told that my order has not been shipped and won't be for another week, it's already been 18 days. The girl I spoke to gave me a hard time because I wanted to cancel it and get my money back. Don't order from them. The customer service people will tell you anything just to get you off the phone. Don't order from them."
"This company could NOT fill an order I placed. They would NOT return phone calls, or quite often, answer the phone. Their 866 number was hooked up to a fax machine requiring me to call their local number at considerable expense. It has been a struggle to even get a refund, which has yet to be processed. This company is a bait and switch operation that no one should go to and everyone should attempt to have shut down."
