"Ordered a neck warmer and a hat. Items arrived in perfect condition after about one week and was packaged in plastic shipping bag. Price is decent and shipping was with USPS...which is good. Website contact page doesn't work and communications was lacking until I contact them. After ordering, I got a confirmation email that my order went through, that was it. I had to email them to ask if my items was shipped or not 3 days later. Then they reply immediately that the items will be shipped out today. The tracking number was never provided. But after 1 week, I did get my items in perfect conditions. I would order again since I know they will ship my items."
