"I ordered a travel CPAP for an upcoming trip overseas. I paid the $15 extra to have it expedited to me so that it would get here last week. After several days they called and said they could not ship the battery expedited through USPS and so they had to change the order to ground, and refund my $15. Now, I have to be at the airport on Monday at 11:00am and the CPAP machine I need for the flight is scheduled to be delivered Monday between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Shoot. Nearly $1k into a travel machine and because they provided a false option to have it expedited I can't even take it on my trip. To make things worse, I will be gone for the next two weeks so I will be outside the window of return also. (and yes, if I had chosen ground the first time it would have made it on time. I was being extra careful with the expedited. They waited several days to tell me the problem and by then it was too late). "
