"Either the package was mis-addressed or the post office is being dishonest, but the package that was tracked to my zip code's post office was never delivered at my home. The tracking says "held at post office per customer request," but I never requested that this or any package be held. The post office doesn't have it and can't locate it, nor can they say if or when it will be delivered. Now I have to go buy another mask here in town for $30 extra, so I have it for my new travel machine that I bought for a trip abroad. I wrote a plea for help to CPAPX customer service, but have not heard back from them. "
