"Just wanted to let you know how wonderful Paige Wilson and staff at the Jasper Ga locations are fabulous. EVERYONE should take lessons from them on customer service.
Paige helped us find a new washer and dryer to fit our closet location, even thought it took three weeks to get, she kept in touch with us. When the set arrive it was promptly delivered. After being set up, the Whirlpool washer did not work! CPE sent Dwayne Young repairman to take a look at the washed and found it was defective. We returned the defective set, with no problem. We are hoping to save our pennies so we can purchase a new Bosch washer. You can bet we WILL be going to CPE and Paige Wilson! However we will not be purchasing Whirlpool again!!"

When the "online" rep could not answer some of the specific questions, he offered to have a specialist call.
