"I called after an email I received about my order being placed on hold. I called to remove the hold. The representative informed me of my address having a large number of "Fruad". Apparently the address I live at for the last 10 years has several accounts with this company and this is the first time I have ever used their site. Also had an issue with me using VOIP phones, sorry I work for a company that uses IP phones and I gave you a google voice number since I dont trust new companies with my cell number. The guy basically told me to order again with them using Paypal or go somewhere else. Glad their technology issue kept me from using them. They need to get their stuff in order, or lose business (which the guy didnt care when I said I wouldnt be using them)."

The nail gun was $60 less than retail for a new one. I am very happy about the price and the shipping time."
