So I placed an order in the middle of the holiday break for 8 pieces of basswood at $6.95 each. Paid about $56 and got free shipping. Order arrived well packed in a reasonable time, especially considering the time of year, These same 8 pieces of wood, if purchased at Amazon for example, would have been $98 not including tax, and Amazon likes to hold my order for a fews days, I guess to punish me for not buying the Prime thing."
