"I ordered an item at NeweggFlash that was supposed to be shipped to me from Crazilla. I paid with PayPal. The item was never shipped. After 30 days I tried to call Crazilla's 800 number and got the recording "this number is out of service." When I got Neweggs customer support they tried to call Crazilla with no luck. Newegg credited my PayPal account immediately for my purchase costs. Thank God for Neweggs excellent customer support."

"Crazilla also does business through Rakuten, Amazon, Newegg and probably several other portals. If you look at the reviews from those sites including the reviews from Crazilla's own Facebook page, you will find a pattern of undelivered orders. Not only that, but the seller will will email you a phony shipping notice with a fake tracking number. I placed an order on Dec 28, 2013. Received a shipping notice on Jan 4, 2014. But never received item and USPS tracking number cannot be found.
