"Purchased 3 books from this seller through Abebooks.com on Jan 1, '05. Order was confirmed Jan 2, '05. The maximum shipping date by which the order was due was Jan. 15th (14 days). I did not receive anything. Abebooks.com has a policy that buyers must wait 15 days past maximum shipping date until a refund request was made. I put in a refund request January 31st, and received a confirmation from Abebooks.com that the request was sent to the seller on Feb 1st. Come February 5th, I receive a torn up package through USPS, the seller had stuffed the three books into a flat rate $3.85 priority mail envelope (I paide $10.85 for shipping). The mailing date was February 2nd. Books were also slightly damaged in the process. As of now, I have sent books back, and am awaiting a refund, but if they do not respond, my credit card company will fix the situation."
