"I ordered 3 guard rail silver Nano Caches with O-Rings, first glance nice silver hammer tone paint job ... then I noticed that all 3 caches had a .030 wide slit through the side of the cap clear thru to the inside. What good is an O-Ring to seal with a Vented Cap, you can see the log through the slit !!!
I submitted a friendlier review on their website and NOW I know why there are just a couple reviews, mine was not approved.

"UPDATE 1/28/13: Today, out of the blue, my order arrived, along with a generic e-mail saying they apologize to everyone who placed an order over the past month, offering $5 store credit. The quality of the items is excellent. The strange thing is that they never once contacted me about my multiple e-mails asking for order status, it just showed up, weeks late. I had not started a credit card dispute but was going to do so tomorrow(!). Since it did finally get here and because the quality of the merchandise is very good, I'll go ahead and revise my rating from one star to three stars. I'm still reluctant to shop there again and doubt I'll use the $5 credit. They did not make a good first impression.

The original review follows...

I placed an order with Crazy Caches on 12/31/12 and received a confirmation e-mail the same day. They charged my credit card immediately.

I checked the order status two days later, on 1/2/13, and it said "processing." The site says it takes 2-3 business days to process an order, so I figured that was fine, given the New Year's holiday. I checked again on 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, and so on, and it was always "processing."

About a week after my order, I sent an e-mail via the website contact us form, asking for status. The site says they'll respond within 48 hours, but I never heard back.

I gave it a few days. Then I responded to my original order confirmation e-mail -- ****@**** -- again asking for status. Once again, no response at all!

The site still says "processing" for my order. A few days ago, now about 20 days after the order, I sent two more messages, via the website and via e-mail, asking for status and threatening to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Still no response at all!

It is now 25 days since I placed the order. I can no longer sign in to the site, they seem to have deleted my account. I *never* heard back from them after multiple e-mails, *never* received the merchandise I ordered and was charged for.

Although their site looks legit, this was clearly either a scam, a fraud, or an inept business. In any case, my advice is STAY FAR AWAY! [see update above -- merchandise finally arrived, so it's no scam or fraud; my recommendation now is just beware because it could take a long time to get your stuff]
