"I returned an order of pajamas to get another size, but I didn't hear from the company or get my order returned for more than 2 weeks so I sent customer service a message inquiring about my order. Only after contacting them did I hear that I'd sent in my return incorrectly, that they'd not be able to exchange or refund the order, and that the original order of pajamas were going to be sent back to me. I had to inquire again about just WHEN I'd be getting my order back almost one month after the original order was placed and 3 weeks after they'd received my return. I understand their return policy and have no qualms with that, but I am astonished that this company is still around if their "customer service" policy is to wait for curious shoppers to inquire about their orders as opposed to being pro-active about sending improper returns back. I truly wonder if I'd have ever heard from them again or seen my original purchase again if I hadn't contacted them and inquired."
"I bought two bags of Stella and Chewy freeze dried Chicken dog food on line from Amazon.com , BUT the food was actually sent from Crazybargins.com THE TWO BAGS OF FOOD HAD EXPIRATION DATES OF 9/16. It's is now 4/17, so that's 8 months past expiration! Please check expiration dates on any dog or cat food you purchase from this company. I always but this brand on line from other companies, including Amazon, and have never received any before this that were past thier expiration date. "

"GREAT products and customer service!! I am very happy with my first order and I will definitely be back. My order arrived within just a few days with their flat $5 shipping rate. The deals on men sleepwear that I found were amazing (boxers for less than $6!!). They shipped me one pair of pajama pants in the wrong size so I emailed them since it was late at night. I received a phone call the next day from a customer representative asking me if it was okay that I donate the wrong sized pants and they will ship out the correct sized pants right away.
