Fast Excellent Service

"I ordered last Thursday and received my package here in Florida on Saturday! I wasn't expecting it until next week! Everything was perfect! Packaged neatly! I will definitely order from this company again! Very pleased with the service!"

Really!!

"1st my order took them 3 days to ship cost me 5 dollars for that awesome service. Then they used the Useless shipping Postal service I don't know who even does that anymore I think my grandma. Long story short it's been 8 days since I ordered 6 tiny bottles of paint that is still "on it's way" good job awesome thanks "

"Terrible customer service was my first and last experience with them. I ordered three items one night, and within minutes I realized I hadn't changed the quantity of each to the 2 I required, so I placed a second, identical order, and sent an email to ****@**** explaining the duplication, requesting that, if possible, they be packaged as one with a single (exorbitant) shipping charge. The next day, my email was not responded to, but late in the evening I received a separate email from the same email address notifying me that I had apparently created a duplicate order and requesting confirmation that was my intention. I replied with a copy of my original email explaining the situation (which they clearly had not read from their inbox), but I was told by "Lacey" in response to my request that they could not consolidate the orders "at this time." So they chose to hit me with a second shipping charge, anyway. I attempted to contact them by phone, reached customer service, and when a woman identifying herself as "Lacey" answered, I requested to speak to a supervisor. I was told "Kim" was away from her desk, and that I could leave a voice mail. I did so, indicating only that I had a problem I wished to speak with her about, and leaving my phone number, but after several days, I never received a return phone call.

This company showed no concern for customer satisfaction or retention. Find somewhere else to shop with people who actually care about customer service and not just making a buck (or seven).

"I couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience with Create For Less. Not only was the site easy to use, but when I didn’t know which brand I should use for my project, customer service was very helpful in providing me with a specific recommendation. My order arrived even sooner than I was expecting, and I was extremely pleased with the product quality. All of that satisfaction and the prices were so low too!
