"DO NOT order from createyourwoodsign.com it has been 4 weeks sense my order and multiple emails back and forth containing more and more "promised" ship dates. Now the emails have stopped all together and no sign. But of course this "company" took my money right away. I also realized that all the positive reviews for this "company" were seemingly written by the "company!" It's a scam. I need to find out more about how to get my money back now and report this. If I do ever receive a sign I'll make sure to let you know.
UPDATE: 6 weeks after I ordered the sign it was delivered! However, the company told me they would refund my shipping cost for the hassle but has forgotten to do so. So overall: not a scam, just seemingly disorganized. "
