"I created a personal calendar for a Christmas gift, it was my first time using this company to create a calendar. I took the time to upload all the photos and put them in the program. I finished and placed my order. When the calendars arrived, they were dated for 2020. Yes, 4 year old calendars. Everyone who I showed the calendar with the 2020 dates, said well there must of have been a mistake, who would offer a calendar that was 4 years old. I called the company, thinking talking to someone would be the most efficient way to fix the problem of the calendars dated 2020. I was directed to send an email. Very suspicious right there to deal with the company through email when I was talking to someone on the phone already. It is much easier to be cold and non caring through email then talking directly to a person and that is exactly what happened. I was informed it was my fault and I should have started the calendar at Jan. 1, 2024. I asked multiple times, why was it even an option for the calendar to be dated for 2020, that really makes no sense. I was told some people order older calendars because they like the pictures. REALLY? Sound like a bunch of hog wash. So I am out of $48.00 and I have two worthless calendars now. I have gone searching for other companies who create personal calendars and none of them even offer an older calendar as a choice. All their templets start with 2024 when you open them.
I did create a photo book previously with Create Photo Calendars and that is why I thought I would use them to create a personal calendar for Christmas. Never again! The customer service was terrible! The company does not care about customers being happy and satisfied or weather they will be returning customers. Terrible customer service. "

"Given this was supposed to be a gift for my mom that loves watching a given youtube creator, receiving it damaged with the loops smashed in and a corner being folded in was a huge disappointment. Given the cost of the calendar, I'd expect a simple fix to this being simply sandwiching the surface of the calendar between two sturdy cardboard pieces. This would have given the package structure as well as give clearance for the loops. There is enough room in the not sturdy enough envelope for this added structure."
