"I create calendars for our nonprofit as a fundraising opportunity. I normally use a different calendar company and I should have NEVER switched. My calendars are SOOOOOOO dark and the clipart that is within their design system is pixilated!!! These 200 calendars look like trash! I would be ashamed to even GIVE them away! However, they are only willing to give me a 10% refund????!!!! WHAT?? This is not acceptable! I will disputed the charge and got a refund of my 2k. the pdf proof is NOTHING like the printed product..... so very disappointed. GET A HARD COPY PROOF!!
It wasn’t until I told them I disputed the charge that they said they could have offered a reprint??!! Would have been nice to be offered that first. "

"I spent a good portion of this year working on a 50th anniversary calendar for the Springfield Preservation Trust, a non-profit preservation group in Springfield MA. With much assistance from Kira and Kristil, I believe we have the perfect fundraising item for our advocacy and educational endeavors.

First, your online calendar format did everything I needed; I was able to use all the blank date pages to record preservation events in the city of Springfield. I was able to import and upload my photographs and create single or multiple images on a page with many, many layout options. I was even able to add pages to thank our sponsors. No other online calendar that I found had as much flexibility as your design.

And your staff was wonderful to work with - when ever I had a question, and there were many, Kira responded in a timely manner and helped guide me through the process. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful and dedicated. As we neared our production deadline, and Kira was unfortunately out of the office due to medical reasons, she called me from home to work with me on adding the additional pages and Kristin followed through from the office.

I can’t say enough about your staff and their willingness to provide the best customer service possible. I am very happy with the calendar, loved working with your staff, and look forward to designing another calendar for 2023
