The new and authentic watch was sent in original Seiko box with proper documents. I had some problems with Customs and courier company though. Ended up paying about 30% more towards duty-fees while importing in India. However, Creation Watches generously agreed to reimburse Rs. xxxx that I had to pay to courier company "on top of" duty-fees, showing that they are true to their words that "Delivery is FREE".
