"I ordered a customized rocking chair for my nephew for his 2nd birthday. I was sent the link by my sister so I just placed the order. After ordering I got a confirmation email as well as a bounceback email from there site saying the email wasnt received. I immediately got nervous and emailed them (there is no phone number to call). I never got a response. I emailed them 2 more times and finally got a response that the order would take 2-3 weeks and would I like to cancel the order. I told them to proceed with the order. It is now well over 3 weeks and I have sent them 10 emails about the order and have not gotten a single response. I instructed them to cancel my order and I am monitoring my credit card to make sure they do not charge it. Terrible terrible customer service (if you can call it that). I would not recommend anyone using this site."
