They worked on it continually until it was completed, during which I sat in the waiting room watching a movie. I expected there to be problems since I was having remote start installed on my new car that has hand controls, but they were able to install it without any difficulties. When they were finished, they gave me instructions on how to work the remote start, and I haven'y had any problems with it. Works great, and is wonderful to have during the cold weather! :)"

"I called and asked the salesman about a sale on the website and he informed me that they didn't have any in stock, but that he could order one and have it there on wed. I drove over there and me with the salesman and did the transaction. After i spent spome time looking around the showroom. I went into the showroom where the radios were setup. When i had asked the salesman about the epicenter products he demonstrated one of them but didnt seem to knowledgeable about some of the things i asked about. Just kind of tipped toed around my questions. Dont worry it didnt make me think any less of this place.
