"I needed to return an item, and followed return policy. They ignored all emails and phone calls concerning this issue. It's as if they don't really exist. Since I could not get a response, I returned the item to them, and it has been sitting at their PO since March 3rd. "I have ordered and paied two bracelets on october 2014. Late november I received the package containing only one of the two bracelets. Since then I wrote them several emails requesting the second bracelet or to be reimbursed for that. NO ANSWERS AT ALL. This is not a serious company. They have NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. They just do not care about customers support. Before to fill this comment I wrote them again. No answer. Beware of this company.....
PS: Only a couple days after my 1star review I have finally received a reply from Creative Contrast. The owner of the company sent to me his personal apologies and, magically, in one week I received the bracelet. 5 months after my order and payment. It was nice to finally receive my item, but it cannot cancel the long story described in my previous review."
"Delivery took less than 3 days from purchase and got tracking updates the whole way. My Joomi Lim bracelet arrived really nicely packed like it had come from Tiffany's or something (really a plus). It was like getting a gift to myself! The price was right and the experience perfect. Will do it again when I deserve another "pick me up""
"I ordered a bracelet on 9/12/14; was going to be delivered within 7-10 days. After 12 days I called customer support (X2) and both times directed to leave a voice message. No call back after 1st message. On 2nd attempt I told them that I would cancel with my CC if did not hear before the end of business day. Within 30 min. a lady call me back; the item I had ordered had yet to be mailed. I told them I wanted to cancel the order despite them not wanting me to. I made the mistake of giving them another chance; this is day 18 and still have not received it yet. Bad company with bad service; no offer for a reduced price, didn't even mailed it overnight despite the wait but instead mailed it regular USPS. NEVER AGAIN."

I have called about 10 times and chatted to Catherine without any follow up or any answers. I have asked to speak to a manager without any call back either. I would not order from this company. "My experience with Creativecontrasts has been nearly perfect (except for the shade of the scarf wasn’t exactly what I had been after, it didn’t quite work for my skin color and hair). This really isn’t their fault however and their photography was spot on. I got the item waaay quicker than expected too. The return for replacement process has been simple, and I’ll certainly buy from them again."
