"When placing my first order a few days ago I encountered some issues due to my address being recorded differently in different databases. The process of the order therefore not very flexible, unlike customer service who sorted out my issue in no time - I ended up with the product in my hands 2 days later.
Compared to US prices (especially with the dollar taking a deep dive) the gear I bought was rather overpriced, but the quick turnaround and the way I was treated guarantees a good shopping experience and deserves full marks. If returns are as easy and well handled (let's hope I'll never find out), then one need not look any further!"
