"Pathetic customer service!! Once I placed the order, crisp deals had issues with the shipping and billing address but did not contact me. I kept waiting for them to ship. This was sorted when I called them. Followed by another long period of wait but not communication from crisp deals and item did not ship. Tried to contact them and after a bit of struggle reached their customer service only to realize the item was out of stock and they had canceled the order. Highly disappointed since this was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone. I order it 2 weeks in advance but yet was not able to gift the item on the birthday. Infact now I need to buy it somewhere else which will take few more days to arrive.

In short, I have ordered hundreds of items from amazon, ebay and other sites and not once had any issues. I order 1 item from crisp deals and feel like I had hundreds of issue with them. Stay away.

On a positive note - Wonder how I would have dealt with their customer service had they shipped a faulty item. I am glad the transaction is canceled and I dont have to deal with them again.
Also, they did not charge my credit card. So I appreciate that."

"Prices are good, but if you are a first-time buyer, they need you to call them to verify your information after your order. It seems like a hassle when you are three hours apart, working, and with their early closing hours. It took me nearly 2 weeks to get in contact and complete processing, and then ground shipping took another 7 working days. I had hoped that I would have my product in time for a family event, but now I won't. I'm not happy about this at all and even though they assured me that this is only a process that happens with first-time buyers, I will probably never buy from them again."
