"I purchased three Gemini CD Decks from this company, and the items arrived on time and in perfect condition. A very happy customer in this respect! As part of the order, I also ordered interconnect cables, so that I could connect this equipment to an existing sound system. I was as careful as possible to ensure that I was ordering what I needed, but the pictures associated with the listing on their website were wrong, and there was no specific information provided on the page for the items. When the items arrived, I was chagrined to learn that the cables were wrong. I immediately called the company to set up an exchange, and it took more than a little haranguing to get them to make the exchange without me having to pay a whole lot of money for them to ship the correct items. I paid the return shipping, and they covered the cost of sending the exchanged items to me. All in all, a reasonable experience, but they seemed unwilling to admit their error. I suggest calling them to order, rather than doing it online, to ensure that what you have ordered is exactly what they are sending you. They have the best prices I have found, but you need to be careful! I will order from them again, nevertheless."

All I wanted was to EXCHANGE the (sony XAV70BT) that I purchased because I felt it was definitely not worth the $500 dollars I paid for it and they DENIED ME OF AN EXCHANGE even though the unit was in perfect condition with all the original wires and packaging that came with it! But what is really upsetting is I JUST SPENT OVER $1,200.00 with these people on the previous order!!! There reason for denying me the exchange was since I had exchanged the previous head unit which was DEFCTIVE and was processed as such - I was still not eligible for an exchange. The exchange would have been for 3 other items that I would have had to pay a difference of $250.00, so its not even like they would have had to give me any money back. On top of that I paid for all the shipping for the defective unit, shipped to me, then back to them and then the shipping for the second unit. So much for cultivating customer relations for a next time! The other thing is the the unit I want is cheaper on AMAZON anyway and they have great customer support! So do yourself the favor of buying somewhere else before you buy from these guys."
